All animals are subject to management approval and community policy.

A maximum of two pets per household will be permitted with a signed Animal Addendum and a non-refundable pet fee of $250 for each pet. Pet fees and deposits are to be paid in full prior to move-in.

There is no weight limit; however, aggressive breeds, as well as any mixed breeds that have the predominant characteristics of aggressive breeds, and/or any dog with a bite history are also prohibited.
Aggressive breeds: Akita, American Strafford Terrier, Bull Terrier, Bullmastiff, Chow, Dingo, Doberman Pinscher, Giant Schnauzer, Mastiff, Ovtcharka, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Neapolitan Mastiff and Wolf.
